Structure features

◆Φ65/Φ90 extruders adopt casting aluminum heaters, FUJI or
RKC smart temperature control meters, the temperature error is ±1℃.

◆The material runner adopts helical runner invented by
ourselves, which could distribute the material uniformly and
meet the production requirement of several kinds of HDPE or PP.

◆It adopts hollow flotage stainless steel sizing cover invented by ourselves. Three cutter slots are
designed to satisfy different kinds of material.

◆It adopts constant torque motor reducer to drive the winding shaft to realize constant torque winding.

◆The automatic fix length cutter device is set.
