Net film production line and technology

Net film is a kind of plastic compound reinforced film which has cross fibre net between two layers of plastic
film.

Brief introduction

Net film continuous production technology adopts unique technology to make fibre net. And it uses auxiliary
machine such as extruder casting device, film blowing device, compounding device, winding device and so on
to produce final net film. The net film has advantages of light in weight, good mechanical performance and
lower cost, which can take the place of traditional plastic film and other films. It is mainly used as substitute of geo-textile for dustproof in civil engineering and isolation base in dumping area. It also can be used in lawn
and golf course to preserve nature environment and prevent seepage.

◆Shape cross fibre net and then compound it with the top and bottom
films continuously.

◆Any kind of plastic film that adopts extrusion technology can be used, such as PE、PP、PVC、PA、EVA film, etc.

◆Common compound methods such as dry compound, melting
compound, hot-melting glue compound, etc. can be used here.

◆Using terylene thread, cotton twine to shape cross fibre net.

◆Shaping net and compounding will be completed at the same time to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
